About Janet Frederick

Janet has been a Littleton resident for over 40 years and is very familiar with surrounding metro areas in Colorado. Her father has built custom homes in Denver Metro area for over 30 years, which created her interest in real estate.

Janet started her career in the real estate business as a very successful full time real estate investor, then broadening her career options as a licensed real estate broker. She quickly became the top producer in her previous real estate office and decided to form Aspen Real Estate, LLC.

As a busy mother of two teen’s going to college, one at CSU and the other at UNC, she is even more determined to earn your business for now and for the future. Janet’s caring nature is always to help educate and assist people in making a sound investment whether small or big.

About Adam Frederick

Janet’s husband Adam, partner in real estate investments, assists Janet in many of the daily transactions that occur in the office. Adam, a full time real estate investor and expert in foreclosure short sales helps Janet sell many of the homes that have negative equity or problems selling. Both Janet and Adam have helped many people save their credit and sometimes even their home. It is a great deal of work but it is always rewarding to have helped someone in dire need.

Adam & Janet love the state of Colorado and all it has to offer outdoor enthusiasts. Colorado has some of the most beautiful skiing, biking and hiking trails in the world. “We truly understand why people love to live here!”

Adam and Janet have contributed to several charities such as the MS150 Charity Bike Ride and the Courage Classic Bike Tour. Biking, a number one hobby, led them both to their fate 8 years ago where they met on the MS 150, fell in love, and got married three month later. The love for biking has allowed them to pool their resources to help raise substantial funds for these charities and offer their time to participate each year.

Another common interest they share together is world traveling. Janet, who flies for Continental Airlines part time as a flight attendant (23 years), has the opportunity to give her family the chance to see the world first-hand. Some of their favorite travel destinations are Amsterdam, London, Paris, Tokyo, Lima Peru, Maui and Alaska to name just a few.
